Breevast et Immobel, partenaires immobiliers dans le très important projet immobilier de la Cité Administrative, ont désigné Archi 2000 comme partenaire au sein d’une équipe de concepteurs qui sera chargée de la rénovation du site et qui assurera le suivi de la construction. Le Maître de l’Ouvrage a opté pour une association de deux partenaires : Archi 2000 et le bureau d’architecture Jaspers-Eyers & Partners. Archi 2000 fait partie de l’équipe stratégique et est spécifiquement chargé de la concertation concernant le PPAS, de l’étude et du suivi de la construction des logements.
Breevast and Immobel, property partners in the very substantial real estate project of the Cité Administrative, have appointed Archi 2000 as partner in a design team tasked with the renovation of the site and which will ensure follow through on the construction works. The Client has opted for an association of two partners : Archi 2000 and the architects bureau, Jaspers-Eyers & Partners. Archi 2000 is part of the strategy team and is specifically tasked with consultation in relation to the PPAS, the study and the supervision of the construction of the residential accommodation.
Breevast en Immobel, vastgoedpartners in het zeer omvangrijke vastgoedontwikkelingsproject van het Rijksadministratief Centrum, hebben Archi 2000 aangesteld als partner binnen een ontwerpteam belast met de renovatie van de site en de opvolging van de bouwwerken. De Bouwheer heeft de keuze gemaakt voor een vereniging van twee partners : Archi 2000 en het architectenbureau Jaspers-Eyers & Partners. Archi 2000 maakt deel uit van het strategische team en is specifiek belast met het overleg op niveau van het BBP, de studie en de opvolging van de woningbouwwerken.
Cet important projet immobilier de la Cité Administrative située à 300 m de la Grand-Place de Bruxelles, consiste en la construction de 77 appartements intégrés dans l’aile sud de l’immeuble ainsi que d'une zone de commerces implantée au rez-de-chaussée. Il s’agit à la fois de revenir à la structure de cet ancien immeuble de bureaux et de le réaffecter en logements ainsi que de construire une extension neuve jusqu’à l’alignement de la rue Montagne de l’Oratoire.
Within this framework of the very substantial ‘Cité Administrative’ project located 300m away from the Grand-Place of Brussels, 77 apartments will be integrated into the southern wing of the building as well as a shopping area on the ground floor. This involves both reviewing the structure of this former office building and transforming it into housing, along with the construction of a new extension up to the level of the Rue Montagne de l’Oratoire.
Dit belangrijk vastgoedproject van het “Rijksadministratief Centrum - RAC”, gelegen op 300m van de Grote Markt van Brussel, omvat de bouw van 77 appartementen ingepast in de zuidvleugel van het gebouw alsook een handelsruimte ingeplant op het gelijkvloers. Het betreft zowel de terugkeer tot de bestaande structuur van dit oude kantoorgebouw als de herbestemming tot wooneenheden en tevens een nieuwe uitbreiding tot aan de bouwlijn aan de zijde van de Oratoriënberg.
