Le projet « PURE» s’inscrit en bordure du parc Seny. Les deux immeubles qui le composent proposent des espaces de vie en parfaite harmonie avec le parc. Architecturalement, les deux immeubles ont été conçus de manière épurée, dans un style contemporain, structurés par des lignes claires et fluides. Les jeux créés par les vastes terrasses animent les façades ouvertes sur le parc en créant une synergie constante entre les espaces intérieurs et la nature luxuriante environnante. Les larges baies vitrées des espaces de vie, tout en contraste harmonieux avec le revêtement en pierre naturelle des façades, font la part belle à la lumière naturelle. En opposition, la façade à rue est plus « urbaine », animée par des jeux de pleins et de vides organisés autour des baies vitrées des chambres des différents appartements.

The “PURE” project is located on the edge of Seny Park. The two buildings that make it up offer living spaces in perfect harmony with the park. Architecturally, the two buildings have been designed in a refined, contemporary style, structured by clear, flowing lines. The game created by the vast terraces animate the facades open onto the park, creating a constant synergy between the interior spaces and the surrounding lush nature. The large bay windows of the living spaces, in harmonious contrast with the natural stone cladding of the façades, give pride of place to natural light. In contrast, the street façade is more “urban”, animated by a play of solids and voids organized around the bay windows of the rooms of the different apartments.

Het project “PURE” is gelegen aan de rand van Seny Park. De twee gebouwen die er deel van uitmaken, bieden woonruimtes in perfecte harmonie met het park.De twee gebouwen zijn architectonisch vormgegeven in een verfijnde, eigentijdse stijl, gestructureerd door heldere, vloeiende lijnen. Het spel die door de uitgestrekte terrassen worden gecreëerd, animeren de gevels die zich openen naar het park, waardoor er een constante synergie ontstaat tussen de binnenruimtes en de omringende weelderige natuur. De grote glazen schuifdeuren van de woonruimtes, in harmonisch contrast met de natuurstenen bekleding van de gevels, geven het natuurlijke licht de overhand. De straatgevel daarentegen is “stedelijker”, geanimeerd door een spel van vaste stoffen en vides georganiseerd rond de vensters van de kamers van de verschillende appartementen

La simplicité des typologies et l’homogénéité des matériaux sont proposés afin d’accentuer l’intégration dans le site et de susciter un sentiment de sérénité et d’intemporalité.

De eenvoud van de typologieën en de homogeniteit van de materialen worden voorgesteld om de integratie in de site te accentueren en een gevoel van sereniteit en tijdloosheid te creëren.

Les séjours sont tous orientés vers le Sud-Ouest et les chambres disposées vers le Nord-Est. Quelques bacs à plantes intégrés aux terrasses, également recouverts de pierre naturelle animent les façades tout en proposant des délimitations subtiles entre les appartements.

Leur typologie découlant notamment des paramètres à intégrer pour une construction durable et répondant aux standards actuels de performance énergétique, mais conservant toutefois une expression très sobre et sans effets superflus, de manière à rester discret et s’intégrer parfaitement dans l’environnement végétal et naturel du site.

The living rooms are all oriented towards the South-West and the rooms are arranged towards the North-East. A few planters integrated into the terraces, also covered with natural stone, enliven the facades while providing subtle delineations between the apartments.

Their typology stems in particular from the parameters to be integrated for a sustainable construction that meets current energy performance standards, but nevertheless retains a very sober expression without superfluous effects, so as to remain discreet and integrate perfectly into the green and natural environment of the site.

De woonkamers zijn allemaal Zuid-Westen gericht en de kamers in de richting van het Noord-Oosten. Enkele in de terrassen geïntegreerde plantenbakken, eveneens bedekt met natuursteen, verlevendigen de gevels en zorgen voor een subtiele afbakening tussen de appartementen.

Hun typologie komt vooral voort uit de parameters die moeten worden geïntegreerd voor een duurzaam gebouw dat voldoet aan de huidige energieprestatienormen, maar toch een zeer sobere expressie behoudt zonder overbodige effecten, zodat het discreet blijft en perfect integreert in de groene en natuurlijke omgeving van de site.
