Fin 2021, ARCHi2OOO design a opéré une rénovation profonde dans l’iconique Tour ITT de l'Avenue Louise.
Tout l’enjeu de l'intervention était de redonner leurs lettres de noblesse aux espaces d’accueil et de circulation de la Tour: Hall d’entrée, intérieur du cube vitré, halls ascenseurs, paliers d’étages et sanitaires des étages 21-22-23.
Notre volonté: s’inscrire dans la continuité historique de ce bâtiment remarquable, tout en réactualisant son «vocabulaire»: acier noir, granito clair, micro-ciment et joints laiton sont les fils conducteurs de notre projet, avec, pour objectif, d’unifier, illuminer et moderniser ces espaces, à la grande satisfaction des occupants et visiteurs de la Tour.
At the end of 2021, ARCHi2OOO design carried out a major renovation of the iconic ITT Tower on Avenue Louise.
The challenge was to restore the Tower's reception and circulation areas to their former glory: the entrance hall, the interior of the glass cube, the lift lobbies, the floor landings and the washrooms on floors 21-22-23.
Our aim: to maintain the historical continuity of this remarkable building, while updating its 'vocabulary': black steel, light-coloured granito, micro-cement and brass joints are the common threads running through our project, with the aim of unifying, illuminating and modernising these spaces, to the great satisfaction of the Tower's occupants and visitors.
In 2021 voerde ARCHi2OO Design een ingrijpende renovatie uit van de iconische ITT-toren aan de Louizalaan.
De uitdaging was om de ontvangst- en circulatiezones van de toren in hun oude glorie te herstellen: de inkomhal, het interieur van de glazen kubus, de lifthallen, de bordessen en de sanitaire ruimtes op de verdiepingen 21-22-23.
Ons doel: de historische continuïteit van dit opmerkelijke gebouw behouden en tegelijkertijd het 'vocabulaire' moderniseren: zwart staal, lichtgekleurd granito, microcement en koperen verbindingen vormen de rode draad door ons project, met als doel deze ruimtes te verenigen, te verlichten en te moderniseren, tot grote tevredenheid van de bewoners en bezoekers van de Tower.
