Le projet avait pour objet la réaffectation d’un site tertiaire obsolète en logements. Deux immeubles ont été construits parallèles à la rue et articulés autour d’un jardin que les habitants peuvent s’approprier. Les entrées d’immeubles sont localisées depuis cette cour intérieure. Un niveau de parking permet un accès direct aux 83 appartements. L’architecture de l’ensemble est sobre, basée sur un jeu de balcons en béton architectonique blancs obliques contrastant avec les briques foncées de la façade.

The aim of the project was to transform an obsolete tertiary sector site into a series of residences. Two apartment buildings are constructed parallel to the street and are oriented towards a garden, which the inhabitants have access to. The entrances to the apartment buildings are situated in this courtyard. The 83 apartments can be directly accessed from the parking floor provided. The architecture of the buildings is sober and based on a game of white oblique balconies in architectural concrete, which are in a contrast with the dark bricks on the façade.

Het project heeft als voorwerp de herbestemming van een tertiaire site met verouderde woningen. Twee gebouwen worden evenwijdig met de straat gebouwd en ingeplant rondom een tuin die de bewoners zich  mogen toeëigenen. Vanaf deze binnenkoer wordt toegang verleend tot de gebouwen. Vanuit een parkeerniveau wordt tevens rechtstreeks toegang verleend tot de 83 appartementen. De architectuur van het geheel is sober, opgebouwd op een spel van schuin verspringende balkons in wit architectonisch beton en staat in schril contrast met de donkere gevelstenen.
