News January 2014 - Archi2000’s Architecture
The year of diversification
2012 confirmed the domination of the housing destination in the Brussels real estate developments. 2013 followed that path for Archi2000 with an ounce of diversification, though.
Common housing projects – even though they are all specific and unique – lead the way : Livingstone, Ducuroir, RAC C, De Crayer, Livourne,…
Other more specific functions – but still offering beds – follow : Bordet Hospital, Motel One Hotel, De Boeck Nursing Home, Private villas in Brussels or Knokke…
Besides that main trend, office projects come into existence again: Régent 35, Livingstone 2, Belliard 65.
In all these projects, one common denominator: our teams deliver their technical and design expertise with accuracy and discipline. They produce contemporary, qualitative and simple architecture, and they do stick to schedules. Nowadays, our office is bigger than it has never been. It is justified by an amount of projects without precedent. This growth has to be managed smoothly and in continuity with what we have done before. It will also be one of this year’s main challenges.
