Total renovation of an office building comprising a ground floor and 7 upper floors. The project schedules dismantling the whole of the building and retaining the existing structure.
Where energy performance is concerned, the project is oriented towards the ‘Nearly Zero Energy Building’ standard (NZEB) via renewable production, and is aiming to obtain BREEAM Excellent certification.
Once transformed the building will have a total surface area of 6,527 m² above ground and 106 parking spaces.
